Dyson Smythe and Gladwell Lawyers was established in 1975 by the late Vernon Dyson and John Smythe with Hugh Gladwell joining the partnership 2 years later.
Hugh Gladwell retired from the partnership in December 2012 and Lucy Smythe joined her father as a Partner in 2014.
